We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client growth across key industries. This newly created role is focused entirely on new business development—not account management—and offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on our growing team. We are looking for someone who is energized by generating opportunities, leading conversations, and closing partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

\n
• Generate New Business: Create opportunities through targeted outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
\n
• Build Client Relationships: Connect with executives, HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, and operational decision-makers to understand their businesses, hiring challenges, and workforce goals.
\n
• Develop and Manage Your Pipeline : Identify prospective clients, maintain consistent follow-up, and move active opportunities from the first conversation through the partnership process.
\n
• Grow Lunova’s Market Presence: Develop outreach strategies across key industries including Building Services, HVAC, Facilities Management, Technical Services, Construction, and Staffing, represent Lunova at events and client meetings, and use market insights to uncover new opportunities.
\n
• Collaborate and Track Opportunities: Acquire new client relationships and maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline reporting, and opportunity information within the CRM.
\n

What You’ll Bring:

\n
• Sales Experience: 5+ years (or equivalent track record) in B2B, outside sales, or business development, with demonstrated experience generating new business and building a sales pipeline.
\n
• Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to create opportunities through outbound prospecting and maintain momentum throughout the sales process. Existing professional relationships and industry connections are a plus.
\n
• Relationship Building and Communication: Strong listening, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to earn trust, engage with, and build credibility with decision-makers at multiple levels.
\n
• Self-Starter Mindset: Organized, competitive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
\n
• CRM Familiarity : Experience using CRM platforms is a plus.
\n
