Position Overview
Sareh Nouri is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Veil & Crinoline Department Assistant
to support the daily operations of both departments. This role is responsible for assisting with the preparation, production, organization, and quality control of bridal veils and crinolines, ensuring that each piece meets the brand’s standards for craftsmanship and quality.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, takes pride in precise work, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Veil Department
Assist with the preparation, cutting, and handling of tulle, lace, trims, and other materials used in veil production.
Support the assembly, finishing, and preparation of bridal veils according to design specifications.
Ensure veils are properly finished, free of defects, and consistent with Sareh Nouri’s quality standards.
Inspect veils for accurate measurements, clean edges, proper placement of lace and embellishments, and overall presentation.
Organize veil samples, materials, and finished products.
Assist with steaming, folding, packaging, and preparing veils for shipment or delivery.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace while handling delicate fabrics with care.
Crinoline Department
Assist with the preparation, cutting, assembly, and finishing of crinolines and other gown-support components.
Help ensure crinolines meet the required measurements, shape, fullness, and specifications for each gown.
Inspect completed crinolines for construction quality, consistency, and proper finishing.
Organize materials, supplies, and completed pieces to ensure an efficient workflow.
Assist with preparing crinolines for fitting, production, and shipment.
Identify any quality concerns or inconsistencies and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
General Department Responsibilities
Support the daily workflow and production needs of both departments.
Follow established procedures, design specifications, and quality-control standards.
Keep track of materials, supplies, samples, and completed products.
Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work environment.
Perform additional duties related to veil and crinoline production as needed.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work carefully with delicate fabrics and bridal materials.
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
Ability to follow instructions, measurements, and production specifications accurately.
Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Previous experience in bridal, garment production, sewing, alterations, textiles, or fashion accessories is a plus, but not required.
A willingness to learn and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.
