But this position isn’t just about writing—it’s about connection. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of donors, both financial and in-kind, crafting personalized outreach that turns one-time givers into lifelong supporters. You’ll also play a key role in identifying potential partnerships with businesses and organizations, helping us grow our community and deepen our impact through strategic in-kind giving. Beyond the day-to-day tasks, you’ll help shape our broader fundraising strategy. The ideal candidate has 10 or more years of experience in fundraising—or a strong record of impact and the motivation to grow quickly in the role.
