Must have good telephone skills, will use computers for various applications, operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, fax machine, voice mail systems, and personal computers, answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. Must have knowledge in preparing invoices for account payable/account receivable. Knowledge of the following programs; Microsoft Word, Wordperfect, Excel, Powerpoint, etc., Perform other duties as assigned.
