Scale operator, data entry, commodity contracts, understanding of inventory, answering phones. Commodities and scale operator is the primary concern of mine. A large portion of the position will revolve around that. Data entry is a big part of the job as well. There aren't frequent calls coming in all day, so answering the phones doesnt take much of their time if that is anybodys concern. Hours: 10 AM - 5 PM There is some degree of flexibility. We are open to looking at part-time, but it would have to be the right person. One day a week the current individual comes in at noon which seems to work fine, but Im open to 10-5 every day. Weekends/Nights: No weekends and nights besides silage and corn harvest. They would be expected to work as needed during those times in coordination with the other office admin out there.
