Job Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable

• Answer phones and process guests according to plant security protocol

• Payroll and general human resources tasks

• Monitor customer and Koppers inventory at the plant

• Provide Clerical and administrative support to management

• Order and stock office supplies

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Associate degree in accounting preferred.

• At least 5 years accounts payable / payroll office experience required.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to deal with suppliers/ customers in a professional manner.

• General understanding of accounting/ financial principles.

• Strong excel skills.
