To enhance the capabilities of the oncology nurse educator team, the full-time Senior Oncology Training Manager will develop and deliver training programs, maintain subject matter expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute training programs and initiatives for the oncology team with minimal guidance Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance and accuracy of training materials Lead training meetings and manage vendor relationships during the development of training content Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred Clinician experience and knowledge of Medical Oncology disease preferred Familiarity with adult learning principles and training design concepts is a plus Exceptional collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
