Role Description The Remote Travel Planning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Pierce, FL, responsible for designing and coordinating customized travel experiences for individual and group clients. In this position, you will consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences, research destinations and options, and create detailed itineraries for vacations, cruises, resort stays, and special trips. You will handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including bookings, confirmations, changes, and cancellations, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets and timelines. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, providing destination and product recommendations, managing travel documentation, and maintaining up-to-date client records. You will also collaborate with team members and partners to secure preferred rates, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications Strong skills in travel arrangements and travel management, with the ability to design and coordinate comprehensive itineraries. Excellent communication and customer service skills, including active listening, clear written and verbal communication, and a client-centered approach. Experience or familiarity with business travel planning, including managing schedules, budgets, and specific organizational needs. Proficiency with online booking tools, CRM or client management systems, and basic office software. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines simultaneously. Interest in travel, destination knowledge, and a willingness to continuously learn about new locations, products, and industry trends. Ability to work on-site in Fort Pierce, FL, collaborate with a team, and maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful work environment. Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred; relevant education or certifications in travel, tourism, or hospitality are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
