Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varies, rotating weekends Hours per Shift: Guaranteed hours: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required. License: Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required. Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. Must-Have: ACLS, TNCC, and PALS required. Certified Emergency Nurse preferred. Description: The Emergency Department provides care for patients with a wide variety of needs. Patients include those with non-critical and emergent medical conditions. Care also includes emergent and urgent mental health care. All patients are welcome whether walking in or arriving by emergency transport. Emergency Department staff are certified to care for critical cardiac and trauma patients, including children.
